More meaningful evaluations

INSTRUCT® has recently developed online evaluation forms for use in teacher evaluation by principals, master teachers, mentor teachers and instructional coaches.

This data can be coupled with student performance data and professional development course transcript records for a more thorough review and evaluation process. Several districts are currently using this functionality as the basis for performance-based compensation programs for teachers.

A better way to track professional development
