Rick Wells, C.P.A. joined EDmin.com in April 2002 as Vice President – Finance and Administration. Mr. Wells brings more than twenty years’ experience in managing corporate financial performance including mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO development, and finance and accounting administration.

Prior to joining EDmin.com, Mr. Wells was the Principal Consultant and served as Chief Financial Officer for Bridge Management in Carlsbad, CA. From 1993- 1998, he served as Vice President- Finance and Accounting, for NTN Communications in Carlsbad. Mr. Wells also served as Senior Vice President- Finance and Administration/CFO and COO for Residential Developers Fund in San Diego from 1987-1993. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in San Diego from 1976-1987.
